Click & Collect Service
In response to the Tier 4 restrictions, we are offering a free Click & Collect service for our 178 Shoreditch High Street store.
12-5 Mon-Fri (closed weekends)
To Click & Collect
Checkout as usual and select "Pick Up" as your delivery method.
Pay online as usual - you will not be charged a shipping fee.
We'll notify you when your order is ready to collect (this should usually be within an hour during pick up hours).
When you collect just ring our doorbell (located to the left of our main doors) and a member of our team will come to assist you.
You’ll need your order number, the card you used to pay, and photo ID.
You’ll also be asked to provide a signature in store as proof of collection.
Please wear a mask and follow government advice on hand sanitising and social distancing.
FAQsWhat forms of ID can I use to collect?
For Click & Collect you'll need your order number (usually a 5 digit code), the card that you paid for the order with and one other form of ID: Driving licence, passport, other photo ID.

Can someone collect on my behalf?
Yes but please let us know and they need to bring your ID.
How long will you hold my order?
We’ll hold your order for 7 days, after which we’ll refund your account if you have paid. Please contact us or add a note to your order if you require more time to collect.
I've lost my order confirmation email - What can I do?
