DESCRIPTION
The Mantis 30L Backpack from Arc'teryx is the perfect pack for hillwalking and weekend trips, featuring a durable frame, back padding and removable hip belt to keep the pack comfortable on treks and made from recycled, blue sign approved materials.
Equipped with a spacious main compartment with top access, the lid has a compartment pocket with key clip and two easily-accessible elastic side pockets for water bottles and anything you need on hand. With a PFC-free water repellent coating on the outer and polyester lining, this should keep the contents of the pack safe even in wetter conditions.

PROVENANCE AND ETHICS
Originally founded as Rock Solid Manufacturing by David Lane in 1981, In 1990 Lane brought Jeremy Guard, a fellow climber, into the fold and in 1991 they renamed the company Arc’teryx - a nod to the Archaeopteryx lithographica, the first reptile to develop feathers for flight - the first bird - and the brand’s instantly recognisable logo is a depiction of the Berlin specimen of the Archaeopteryx. Their philosophy is guided by the belief that durability is the strongest path to sustainability.
