The shell of the Isthmus Anorak is made from a 100% post consumer recycled nylon, made from recycled fishing nets - helping to remove one of the biggest plastic pollutants from going to landfill and reducing plastic pollution. With a PFC-free DWR finish (durable water repellent coating that does not contain perfluorinated chemicals) that sheds light moisture.
A fixed, three-panel hood with adjustable drawcord around opening cinches down when the wind picks up, and the quarter-zip yoke with Vislon® zipper and wide, covered placket that secures with snaps will also help keep the elements out. The horizontal, zippered flap pocket secures with snaps and doubles as a stuffsack.
