Key Duties

Providing a friendly and knowledgeable service to our customers in-store and online
Keeping the store clean and tidy
Helping to create in-store displays
Posting on our social media accounts
Answering queries by email and phone
Packaging online orders
Listing products on our website 
Unpacking deliveries and updating our inventory 


      About You

      You will...

      Have retail sales experience of at least one year. 

      Be familiar with using social media - especially Instagram. Twitter, Facebook, Tumblr and blogging experience would also be useful. 

      Have an enthusiasm for, and knowledge of our products.

      Be passionate about being in the outdoors.

      Understand, and be aligned with our ethics and brand culture.


      Location, Salary and Benefits

      You will be working at both of our locations - Boxpark Shoreditch and Spitalfields. 

      The position can be full or part time, but it will definitely include some weekends.

      We pay London Living Wage - this rises annually and is set by the Living Wage Foundation.

      We provide a generous staff discount on our products.
