DESCRIPTION
Pendleton Woolen Mills fitted board shirt in Beach Boys Blue Original Surf Plaid. Pendleton's board shirts were made famous by the Beach Boys, and this is the plaid perhaps most associated with the band.

These authentic surf shirts are still made from rugged, mid-weight Umatilla wool, from fleece supplied by local ranchers and woven in Pendleton's American mills.
The 10oz. wool fabric makes it ideal for camping, hiking or just hanging out in the great outdoors. Square bottom, two bias-cut pockets.
100% pure virgin wool, machine wash

PROVENANCE AND ETHICS
Pendleton's family history in Oregon dates back to 1863 when Thomas Kay, a young English weaver opened his own mill in Salem, Oregon. In 1909 Thomas's three grandsons, Clarence Morton Bishop, Royal Thomas Bishop, and Robert Chauncey Bishop opened Pendleton Woolen Mills. Six generations later Pendleton Woolen Mills is still run in Oregon by the Bishop family.
