DESCRIPTION
The R1® Air Full-Zip Hoody is a lightweight, highly breathable and quick-drying technical fleece core-warmer from Patagonia. The full-zip silhouette offers easy on-off and venting. Built with 100% recycled polyester fabric for comfort on the move and made in a Fair Trade Certified™ factory.
The 100% recycled polyester jacquard fleece is airy, warm and breathable. With hollow-core yarns that wick moisture, dry fast and is highly breathable for cool-weather activities. The zigzag-knit pattern increases airflow and minimises bulk for breathable, compressible performance. Full-zip jacket with a slim fit is designed for easy on-off and versatility in the mountains. The slim-fit hood layers comfortably under helmets and other hoods.
One zippered left-chest pocket stashes small items; two front pockets with minimal zippers for reduced bulk. Quick-drying woven binding at the back hem and armholes for added stretch and improved fit.

PROVENANCE AND ETHICS
Patagonia was founded by Yvon Chouinard in 1973, the company's roots are in clothing for rock and alpine climbing, but they now produce a diverse mix of apparel targeted towards skiers, snowboarders, surfers and climbers. Patagonia are a world leader in creating ethical, sustainable clothing.
Recycled Polyester: Polyester is a naturally water-repellent material that can withstand the elements. Using polyester fibre made from mechanically recycled plastic bottles reduces CO2 emissions.
Fair Trade: Patagonia now use more than 20 Fair Trade factories that specialise in the production of outdoor clothing, paying a premium for every Patagonia item that is made in a Fair Trade Certified™ factory. They actively encourage other brands that do business in those factories to join them in the Fair Trade movement, ensuring living wages within the supply chain.
