DESCRIPTION
Meet the ultimate solution for trekking through heat and humidity. The Danner Lightweight Trail Pants combine rugged durability with breathable comfort, offering a timeless look for tough, warm-weather adventures. When lightweight performance is non-negotiable, these pants deliver the airflow and freedom you need to conquer any trail.
Constructed from a high-performance ripstop blend - 62% cotton, 33% nylon, and 5% spandex - the fabric resists tears while wicking moisture away to keep you cool. The crosshatch weave prevents small snags from spreading, ensuring long-term durability in dense brush. For maximum mobility, these trousers feature articulated knees and a relaxed fit that enhances natural airflow.
Storage is a breeze with large, zip-secure bellowed pockets and a dedicated D-ring for keys. Additionally, an elastic waistband with an internal drawstring provides a custom fit, while the shockcord adjustable hems allow you to cinch the ankles tight against debris or loosen them for extra ventilation. From the versatile hardware to the stretchy, moisture-wicking fabric, every detail is engineered for peak outdoor performance.

PROVENANCE AND ETHICS
Charles Danner opened the doors of Danner Shoe Mfg. Company in the old logging town of Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin, with twelve employees to build affordable, handcrafted work boots. In the 1960’s they recognised the cultural shift towards activities in the outdoors like hiking, backpacking and mountain climbing becoming America’s only domestic manufacturer of walking boots.
Building on nearly a century of traditions and high standards of quality originally instilled by their founder, Danner continue to design and manufacture a complete line of hiking, hunting, uniform, work and lifestyle boots in their world-class factory in Portland, Oregon, USA.
