The satisfying flavour of a Blueberry Almond Crisp CLIF BAR tastes like a muffin straight from the oven and contains Vitamin B12 which contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism. With wholesome and nutritious plant-based ingredients, perfect for your workout or active adventures.
With a mix of carbohydrates, protein and fibre, a CLIF BAR can supply working muscles with the energy they need for extended periods of activity. Thanks to their portability and great taste, they're a great source of energy for athletes and active people - for best results, CLIF BAR recommends eating one about one to three hours before exercise along with water to prevent hunger and supply energy to working muscles. PROVENANCE AND ETHICS
CLIF BAR and Company started on a bike ride. Their founder, Gary, took a bite of another energy bar and thought to himself: "I could make a better bar than this." Today, they still want to make things better.
CLIF BAR is named after Gary's father, Clifford, his childhood hero and companion throughout the Sierra Nevada mountains. In 1990, Gary lived in a garage with his dog, skis, climbing gear, bicycle and two trumpets.
