For cool, high-output days when you need breathability and just a touch of warmth, the Nano-Air® Ultralight Full-Zip Hoody from Patagonia is a compressible, stretchy, featherlight insulated layer that will keep you in your sweet spot for longer while moving fast through the mountains. Made in a Fair Trade Certified™ factory.
The shell and lining fabric built from 100% recycled polyester ripstop offers mechanical stretch, exceptional breathability and improved abrasion resistance. Featuring a durable water repellent (DWR) finish made without intentionally added PFAS to resist light moisture. Light, breathable and stretchy 20-g FullRange® insulation provides featherlight warmth through the hood, shoulders, upper arms, chest and back and breathable underarm panels vent heat and reduce bulk. The slim fit built for comfort under a harness and a backpack, and articulated patterning provides exceptional range of motion.
Minimally bound, stretchy Light Touch Expansion Hood with passive adjust fits with and without a helmet and easily pulls on or off, even when the jacket is zipped. The centre-front zipper has a zipper garage at the chin for next-to-skin comfort. Low-profile, generously sized chest pocket keeps essentials warm and close at hand; entire hoody easily self-stuffs into the chest pocket with a carabiner clip-in loop.

PROVENANCE AND ETHICS
Patagonia was founded by Yvon Chouinard in 1973, the company's roots are in clothing for rock and alpine climbing, but they now produce a diverse mix of apparel targeted towards skiers, snowboarders, surfers and climbers. Patagonia are a world leader in creating ethical, sustainable clothing.
